These Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site (hereinafter – the Terms) are an integral part of the contract for the purchase of the Goods/Services and define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms and conditions of delivery of the Goods, the order cancellation procedure and the Goods return policy, the refund policy, the dispute resolution policy.

The Seller shall have the right to change, amend or supplement the Conditions at any time in accordance with the requirements of the law. Such changes shall take effect upon their publication on the Site.
The Seller shall have the right at any time to change the prices displayed on the Site and/or to create new paid services at its sole discretion.
The Contract between the Customer and the Seller shall be deemed to be concluded from the moment the Customer has selected the Goods, placed them in his shopping basket, indicated the delivery address and read the Terms by ticking “I accept the Terms of Use” in the order confirmation window
The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

Terms and conditions of delivery

The Customer may choose the method of delivery when placing an order
Delivery via Omniva, parcel post throughout Latvia: – from 3,63 €
Delivery to the Seller’s shop – free of charge
Delivery by Express courier: from 20 €
Delivery by courier and/or parcel post is made within 14 days of receipt of payment for the goods and confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail or sms that the order has been received.
For goods in stock in the shop, collection in the shop is possible on the 2nd working day after receipt of payment and confirmation sent to the Customer.
Goods manufactured to order may be collected in the shop on the 14th day following receipt of payment and confirmation sent to the Customer, or as agreed with the consultant.
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the Goods. To find out the exact delivery costs for your order, place all Goods in the virtual basket and go to “Basket”. When you select a delivery location, the system will provide you with the exact delivery costs for your order.
If an order contains multiple Goods and they are not delivered at the same time, a separate delivery charge will be calculated for each delivery, with prior notice to the Customer.
The Customer shall pay for the order:
by bank card
by bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Seller, quoting the order number
by internet banking.

The Customer shall make payment to the Seller within 1 (one) working day.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer within the delivery times specified in the descriptions of the Goods. If the delivery of the Goods is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller’s control and control, the Seller undertakes to contact the Customer immediately and agree on all matters relating to the delivery of the Goods.
In the event that the Customer notices upon receipt of the Goods that the shipment does not contain the correct Goods or that the Goods are not of the correct size, colour or other irregularity, the Customer shall immediately notify the Seller.

Return Policy

Exchanges, returns and repairs are made in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia (CPRL) and the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No.255 “On Distance Contract”.
The Customer shall have the right to withdraw from the ordered Goods within 14 days of receipt by sending a completed withdrawal form together with a copy of the proof of purchase to the Seller at sleeppoint.lv@gmail.com. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and complete set.
Goods may be exchanged for other Goods provided that the Goods have retained their external appearance, their consumer characteristics, their original packaging and labelling, have not been used and/or damaged and/or have not lost their appearance
The Customer is obliged to return the Goods to the Seller within 5 days of the date of the letter of withdrawal. All costs incurred in returning the Goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Customer/Buyer. The returned goods must be delivered to the Customer at Latgales iela 301a, Riga, Latvia, LV-1063 store and must be in complete condition.
Refunds are made using the same means of payment as used by the customer during the transaction. The Seller shall refund the amount paid for the Goods within 14 calendar days from the date of return of the Goods. The Seller reserves the right not to refund the price of the Goods and the Service until the Customer has returned the Goods or provided proof of dispatch of the Goods.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Customer’s right of withdrawal or to charge a refund fee if the Goods have been damaged by negligent handling or failure to follow instructions during use, if the original packaging of the Goods has been lost or if the packaging of the Goods is substantially damaged.

Dispute resolution rules

All disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller, or arising in connection with the purchase of the Goods, shall be resolved by the Parties through mutual negotiation or correspondence with a view to reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Complaints regarding the availability or quality of the goods shall be submitted electronically to the e-mail address sleeppoint.lv@gmail.com , or in writing to the address Latgales iela 301a, Riga, Latvia, LV-1063 store. The complaint will be examined within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a reply sent to the contact address indicated in the complaint.
If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you do not agree with the complaint being found to be unfounded, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the laws and regulations.
