The unique properties of peppermint have been known for centuries. In ancient Rome, mint leaves were wrapped in a pillow because they were believed to help people fall asleep. Approximately 50-70% of peppermint oil is menthol. It has a relaxing effect on the muscles, helps calm and relieves anxiety. Energetically, peppermint is the scent of rebirth, of renewed vitality. Emotionally, peppermint oil has a calming effect. It helps to cope with emotional exhaustion, to overcome the effects of fatigue and tension, and effectively relieves nervousness and lack of concentration after sleepless nights. The protective cover prolongs the life of the mattress and protects it from moisture, stains, dust and dirt accumulation. It is made of quilted polyester fabric with a polyester padding, thanks to which it retains its shape well and keeps it even after washing. It does not require difficult care, making it easier to maintain bed hygiene. The corners are fitted with special elastic bands for attaching to the mattress. Washable up to 30ºC.
